TARN will take part in the “EU and Legal Reform” summer school in Herceg Novi, Montenegro that takes place from 10-14 July. The summer school is organized by the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development (CCSDD) and Institute of Social Sciences Belgrade. CCSDD is the research partnership between Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies Bologna Center and Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna. The summer school brings together students and faculty from more than sixteen different countries. Within this setting, TARN will organise a day dedicated to European Union and Agency Governance. Ellen Vos will give the lecture “EU Agencies: Institutional Balance and Expertise” and Michelle Everson will present the topic “Changing legal landscape, economic governance and the legality of EU agencies“. The academic coordinator of Summer School is Marko Milenkovic, who is also the member of TARN young researchers’ platform.
